In the night, he visits your dreams,
In the daylight, his name fills your themes.
Your thoughts wander, no matter the scene,
To his eyes, where you've always been.

Your heart races with a single glance,
Your feet falter as if in a dance.
The air feels lighter when he's around,
His laughter, the sweetest sound.

You catch yourself smiling, can't help it at all,
When you hear his voice, like a gentle call.
The words you say turn into a song,
Each time he’s near, you feel like you belong.

Your cheeks grow warm when he comes close,
Your breath quickens, as if time froze.
The day feels brighter with him by your side,
A hidden joy, impossible to hide.

His touch, so soft, sends shivers down,
Even his shadow lifts your frown.
You find excuses to cross his way,
You wish he'd stay, and never stray.

If that's so, if your heart feels this way,
Why not admit it? Why keep him at bay?
